Packages are shipped and delivered on business days only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination country.
All items are carefully wrapped in secure and flexible packaging to ensure they arrive undamaged.
If you’ve placed a pre-order, a custom piece, or purchased a product marked as “made to order,” please note that processing time may vary.
We only accept returns or exchanges of non-custom products within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with no signs of use.
You must contact us before returning the item to confirm the process.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it is in resaleable condition, you may choose:
A refund of the item’s price (original shipping not included), or
An exchange for another item, paying the difference if applicable.
